How long will it take to receive my first issue?
Your subscription will be active within 10 days. Delivery times vary depending on method and location. Please call our Customer Service team for advice on expected delivery times to your location.

What is the delivery method?
OCS Worldwide utilises a distribution matrix using several leading European Post Offices including Royal Mail, La Poste, Swisspost, Swedish Post & Belgian Post. Service level is always First Class and the carrier is selected according to the quickest and most consistent delivery time to each destination. We aim for 3-5 days for Europe and 5-7 days for RoW.

Hand Delivery is available in several key centres, significantly improving delivery times. Cities with hand delivery services include:
Brussels, Paris, Luxembourg, Geneva, Milan, Rome, Madrid, Amsterdam, Johannesburg, Capetown, Durban, Toronto, Vancouver, New York, Mexico City, Hong Kong, Tokyo & Sydney.

Can I renew my subscription through your service?
Log into your account and from the 'Customer Orders' tab select the order that you wish to renew by clicking the Details button. Clicking the Re-order button on the order details page will add the subscription to your shopping basket where you will be able to confirm all details and check out. Alternatively, you can renew over the phone via our Customer Service team.

How do I change my mailing address?
Log into your account and you can edit your billing and shipping addresses from the 'Customer Addresses' tab.

How do I place a gift order?

During the check-out process you may choose to send your order as a gift. You may add a gift message for the recipient and also a date when the subscription becomes active.As you go through the online booking process, you can enter your chosen delivery address for the gift recipient.

How can I cancel my order?
We require 14 days notice of cancellation and will refund you pro rata less a £12.50 administration fee. Please call our Customer Service team for a refund/cancellation.


Can I suspend/place my subscription on hold?

We require 14 days notice for suspensions.  You can suspend your subscription for a set time by providing a stop and restart date, or for an indefinite period if you are unsure when you will want this reinstated.  Any changes or updates to this will take 14 days.  Please email our Customer Service team quoting your subs ref, name and postcode.

How will my papers be sent?
Papers are sent in strong plastic bags to ensure the secure delivery of your paper. All packing materials used are degradeable and suitable for recycling.

Do you have a full price list?
