How long will it take to receive my first issue?

Your subscription will be active within 10 days. Delivery times vary depending on method and location but you will always receive the most current issue. Please call our Customer Service team for advice.

Can I renew my subscription through your service?

Renewing is easy, you can do it through this website or via our Customer Service team.

How do I place an order?

Simply call us to place an order with your credit card information or visit www.ocsmedia.net

How do I change my mailing address?

Changing an address is easy, just give us a call or send an email to Customer Service. You only need to give 10 days notice for this.

How do I place a gift order?

As you go through the online booking process, you can enter your chosen delivery address for the gift recipient.

How can I request a refund or cancel my order?

If you are not satisfied with our service we can cancel your order with 14 days notice, and will refund you pro rata less a £10 administration fee. Please call our Customer Service team for a refund/cancellation.

Do you deliver in the UK?

Copies are delivered by hand or sent out first class post. These are generally delivered the next day.

How will my magazine be sent?

These are sent out in strong plastic poly bags to ensure secure delivery.

How can I claim missed copies?

In the unlikely event of copies being missed, just contact our Customer Service team who can arrange for issues missed within the last 30 days to be redelivered.
