How long will it take to receive my first issue?

Your subscription will be active within 10 days. Delivery times vary depending on method and location. Hand delivery is usually on the same day as issue. UK Post transit times vary depending on location. Please call our Customer Service team for advice.

What newspaper edition / sections will I receive?

In Europe:
The Times and The Sunday Times are printed at various European locations which produce the International Edition. Subscribers to hand delivery and local post services in Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain & Switzerland will receive this edition.

The International Edition is condensed into a single section Monday to Saturday. The Sunday Times features “Culture International” which includes the best of the Culture, Style and Sunday Times Magazine.

Other areas of Europe receive the UK edition, posted from London. This option is available to all areas on request.

Worldwide:
Copies for all International postal subscribers, and the hand delivery services in South Africa, Canada, The USA & Hong Kong, are printed in London and contain the usual sections available in the newsagent:

Can I renew my subscription through your service?

Renewing is easy, you can do it through this website or via our Customer Service team.

How do I place an order?

Fill in the online form or call us to place an order with your credit card.

How do I change my mailing address?

Changing an address is easy, just give us a call or send an email to Customer Service. You only need to give 10 days notice for this.

How do I place a gift order?

As you go through the online booking process, you can enter your chosen delivery address for the gift recipient.

How can I request a refund or cancel my order?

If you are not satisfied with our service we can cancel your order with 14 days notice, and will refund you pro rata less a £10 administration fee. Please call our Customer Service team for a refund/cancellation.

Do you deliver in the UK?

We can send you copies of the newspaper in the UK by First Class post. These are generally delivered next day.

How will my papers be sent?

Papers are sent in strong plastic bags to ensure the secure delivery of your paper.

Where are my papers printed?

News International has print sites in London, France, Belgium and Spain. Locally posted and hand delivery papers will be printed locally. UK posted papers are printed in London.

What size will my papers be?

Monday to Saturday papers are in the compact format and The Sunday Times is printed in broadsheet format.

How can I get single or back issues?

Back and single issues can be ordered through a different supplier, please contact them directly:

How can I claim missed copies?

In the unlikely event of copies being missed, just contact our Customer Service team who can arrange for issues missed within the last 30 days to be redelivered.

Do you accept UK vouchers for The Times?

Unfortunately only retailers can accept these vouchers. For voucher copy queries please call 0800 854 547
